Greg,

I understand that you will be meeting with the Executive Committee next week and may have an opportunity to discuss the possibility of incorporating Snelling Search into our list of preferred recruiters.

I would like to add my support and feedback in regards to Snelling Search. I have worked with Esther for 2 years in several different capacities and have been impressed with her professionalism, timeliness and dedication. She has exhibited the desire to place individuals into a position that is a "match" for both the company and the potential employee. More importantly, her screening process is impeccable. She searches for your criteria, screens them properly, follows up immediately after you have interviewed them and closes the deal for you.

I have worked with her clear into the night on her cell phone to take care of business. She would be a great addition to our recruiting process, and no doubt will help our company keep the edge in the market place.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Take care,
Director of Sales and Marketing

Hey Esther and Stacy,

Thanks for the e-mail. Things are going exceptionally well. I do not remember being any happier with any position I have worked in hospitality.

The team here is fantastic, and I enjoy every aspect of my responsibilities.

I even got to work in the kitchen for three days last week - something I have never had the opportunity to do before....

Thank you for believing in me,

...when I get back from vacation in mid June - I'd also like to talk with you about working exclusively if your interested. As times are changing - so does the current effectiveness of our recruiting network and thus our business model/approach.... you guys have been cost effective, consistent, productive, represent us well and cold call so well - I think it's time for us to look at working more regularly/frequently for all our openings....thanks,

Esther, I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and dedication to getting this position filled. Actually, not only this position, but others as well like Director of Revenue. I cannot think of anyone that I would rather see earn the commission! So, well deserved. If not for your persistence, I am not so sure that we would have pursued your candidate; yet, I am happier about her joining our team than any of our previous prospects. Again, thanks - you're the best!

Hi Ester:

Thanks for your message. I thank you for all of the effort that you have made. Not only was your office one of the most professional and welcoming group I have ever encountered, but you guys were always so efficient. I must admit that, about one week after you first contacted me, I was so shocked when I realized that you were based in Ohio, as you were so much more efficient than the local companies. There is no doubt that once I am again allowed to use recruiting firms (Jan 04), you will be the first person I call.

Please accept my apologies.

Vicki, I think I mentioned this to you previously, but Michael was sent to us by a Snelling Recruiter named Esther Carr. She has been patiently working with me on this since last September when I realized that I would have to make a change. I initially passed on Michael, feeling that his resort experience was not relevant. Esther researched him further and convinced me he was worth a look.

Esther also filled the Controller position at my property and she also found Matt, the fellow who was the leading outside candidate for Naperville that went to work for Jan in the 11th hour. I have enjoyed working with Esther, and the candidates have indicated that they found her very professional. I do not know who we use these days, but please keep Esther in mind.

She asked if she could call you sometime to introduce herself and I told her that you were pretty busy, but that I'm sure you would probably like to make her acquaintance.
