A thank you is a great reason to re-iterate your strengths and highlights following your interview. Personalize it. Keep it very positive and to the point. Here are some suggestions. We strongly encourage you to use some of these to formulate your own letter. Please do not use all of these in the same letter.

2. I have a passion for the hotel industry.
3. The interview convinced me of how compatible my background is with the ……….(focus and/or needs) of your hotel.
4. Mention something specific about the interview that impressed you, how the team is set up or how the hotel is succeeding, etc.
5. My experience with………….. has prepared me well for a position in ………
6. I am confident that my work will result in increased profit (or productivity) for your company.
7. The growth objectives of the organization and the clear commitment to enhance quality on all levels are also very positive points. I am seeking to make my final career move and I believe there may be a great fit here.
8. You certainly need a seasoned, creative and energetic leader to revitalize your team and ensure the dynamic turnaround you are looking for. I have spent the greater part of my career doing just that and am confident that I can bring the requisite skill set and passion for excellence to lead the team to new success.
9. Suggest that the interviewer contact a reference directly:

10. I take pride in ……………. (a strength of yours) and I apply this wherever the opportunity exists.
